Dear Brother Knights,
God bless you and your families. The main message at the 2012 K of C State Convention was the need for all of us to become active in defending the 1st Amendment and our Religious Freedom. A movie clip of the movie "For Greater Glory" was shown and recommended by the State Officers and Supreme Knight Carl Anderson. The movie will be in theaters June 1st. Following is the calender of events for the summer.
Sundays:
Drive Seniors from Highland Trails to Sunday Mass.
serve donuts after 7:30 am Mass
Saturday May 12th: Corporate Communion at the 4:30 Mass at Nativity. Sit with your fellow knights and their families as a demostration of our unity.
Thursday Mat 17th: Communion Service and Living Rosary at Nativity. All are invited.
Sunday May 20th: Pancake breakfast after the 7:30 and 9:30 Masses. Help is needed between 6:30am and Noon.
Thursday June 7th: Business meeting in Weibel 1. (Rosary at 7:10 pm followed by the meeting at 7:30 pm.) Includes officer elections.
Saturday June 16th: 2nd/3rd Degree Exemplification. 1st Degree Knights are encouraged to attend. Call Phil Georgan at 303 469-8158 by June 4th foe more info.
Thursday June 21st: Social Meeting in Weibel 1. (Rosary at 7:10 pm followed by a presentation on United Childrens Fund by Brother Knight Samm Donelson.
Thursday July 5th: Business meeting in Weibel 1. (Rosary at 7:10 pm followed by the meeting at 7:30 pm.)
Thursday July 19 th: Social meeting in Weibel 1.
Thursday August 2nd: Business Meeting in Weibel 1. (Rosary at 7:10 pm followed by the meeting aT 7:30 PM.)
Sunday August 12th: Parish Picnic. (We will be cooking Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.)
Sunday August 19th: Faith Day at the Colorado Rockies game and Concert at 1:10 pm with Outfield Box Seats for $21. Families are invited. We have a limited number of seats. Call Frank Schaffer

Charitable work in September and October includes our Tootsie Roll drive for those with Intellectual Disabilities. A Food Drive for Fish, and a Pancake Breakfast, proceeds from the Pancake Breakfast will help support a Seminarian from Nativity.
Get involved with your Council There is no limit to what we can accomplish together.
Remember, we must defend our Religious Freedom! It is in jeopardy.
